Our Story
Out of the desire to help others and improve his own health, Rich began his personal training career in 2013 while pursuing a degree in exercise science. Quickly realizing the limited impact of working with a healthy population, Rich furthered his education into the realm of Physical Therapy. Through this journey, he began to merge the two disciplines by providing therapy in conjunction with strength and conditioning principles. However, once again Rich felt that his ability to deliver individualized holistic care was limited by insurance red-tape and logistical difficulties. RK Health & Performance was subsequently born out of frustration with the current physical therapy model and cookie-cutter coaching approaches. Utilizing a unique blend of exercise science, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation science principles, we pride ourselves on assisting individuals in achieving their health & fitness goals in the most efficient, evidence-based methods possible.

Founder & Owner
With 10 years experience in personal training and 5 years in sports medicine and rehabilitation, Rich strives to deliver holistic rehab and performance coaching. What began as an interest in bettering himself has turned into a passion for helping others to do the same.
Rich has 13 years of soccer experience and also enjoys tennis, cycling, and hiking. He is motivated to utilize the most up to date research in his work, and is eager to learn more about any sport or hobby needed to help his clients succeed.
